Hi, a couple weeks ago I posted here about starting a my journey of weight loss. In two weeks I lost about 3kg (by walking around 5 to 6km and eating healthy)
I started to notice that wherever I weight myself on the Scale (a Xiaomi one) my Weight is not consistent. Last week I was at 91.35kg (weight myself at the morning, after waking up and going to the bathroom). Today my Weight was 92.05Kg. Every time I weight on the scale give me a different number. It is normal to weight more than last week?
