Alternative to caffeine for energy boost?
27yo, 50kg, 160 cm
I had to cut my caffein because of IBS problems but I see that not having that extra energy boost Is negatively affecting my diet, having me relying on quick fix foods (sugars) to feel that extra bump. Any advice?
I tried already with magnesium and other supplements but I am afraid they also might affect my weight loss journey because of hidden additives
It has been 4 months I tried to pay more attention to my diet but didn’t lose any weight also because of IBS, my goal is 48kg
